We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery by providing valid photo or video proof.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Once the return is approved and the product is received, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Returns are not applicable for opened or used products.
